To Swallow a River" is a multimedia project that explores ancestral connections and diasporic narratives in American culture. In this work, bodies of water serve both as separators and unifiers of geographical and cultural boundaries. It is a metaphor for understanding the permeable nature of belonging, identity, and the vulnerability of immigrant experiences through personal narratives.
